CMS Tecnocut Jetpower EVO 120HP Pressure Intensifier Waterjet Pump
The Jetpower EVO Waterjet Pump designed and built by CMS Tecnocut in Italy is a high performance high pressure intensifier suitable for a wide range of waterjet cutting.
Available in three power ratings of 30HP, 60HP and 120HP the Jetpower EVO utilises two, three or six electronically synchronised and parrallel independant cylinders that provide a constant pressure. This design avoids the typical reductions in pressure of traditional intensifiers with single opposite cylinder and pressure attenuators.
All the models provide a maximum pressure of 4150 Bar or 60,000 PSI which caters for the vast majority of waterjet cutting requirements.
Key features of the Jetpower EVO are;
- Longer life between services compared to traditional intensifiers due to no pressure attenuator being required and lower cycle times
- Ability to carry out maintenance on one cylinder while pump is still operating - reducing downtime
- Easy access to cylinders due to design and construction
- Electronic pressure control built into waterjet machine control allowing monitoring and feedback of pressures, temperatures and filter status
