Morgan Rushworth ECP 1530 CNC Air Plasma Cutting Machine 415V

The Morgan ECP CNC Plasma cutting system combines CNC profiling productivity with a compact footprint and an optimally designed table. With the addition of a Hypertherm Powermax Air Power Source or MAXPRO 200 Air/Oxygen Plasma source, the ECP can provide outstanding performance and capability for the modern fabrication shop.

The ECP is equipped with an intuitive CNC controller which provides access to the part programs, shape libraries and has a separate control interface which includes a joystick for jogging, start, stop etc. The controller is rich in functionality including full monitoring of the cutting process, in built library of parameters for common thicknesses etc and the ability to change cut parameters for a part program once loaded onto the CNC. 

The ECP has a very heavy-duty table and gantry with a solid welded structure and the rack and pinion with linear guidance system provides for excellent accuracy and alignment. The rails are of a modern design which includes protection and distance from the cutting process ensuring longevity and accuracy.
