RS Machinery Launch New Division

Aberdeen and Glasgow based metalworking solutions provider, RS Machinery, today announced the launch of its new tooling division, RS Tooling.

In response to client and industry demand and to complement RS Machinery’s existing product and service offering, RS Tooling will provide tooling and consumable products to support the industry’s metalworking challenges and productivity.

Set to play a key role in future expansion plans, RS Tooling has been formed following a six figure investment and expects to create a minimum of five new jobs in the future, with three staff having already been hired.

Commenting on the launch, Managing Director of RS Machinery, Stefan Ross, said: “As part of our strategic growth plan, we are actively expanding into adjacent markets around our core machinery business.

“We see moving into the tooling and consumables market as a natural fit and step forward for our business given its close relationship to our existing product and service offering.
