Morgan Rushworth HSRD 280/660 Hydraulic Section Bending Machine

The Morgan Rushworth HSRD are one of the highest capacity ranges of section bending machines available. The largest HSRD 550/800 model can effortlessly roll 558mm x 22mm pipe and weighs a remarkable 61 tonnes. In all there are 6 models in the range starting with the 150mm model, all with powerful hydraulics controlling roll up and down translation, roll rotation and lateral guide roll movement.

The HSRD machines are of the double prebending design with bottom rolls controlled independently with seprate digital readout indicating roll position.
